Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Used or damaged items cannot be returned unless they were delivered damaged or defective.
2. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, reason, and photos if applicable. Our team will assist in arranging the courier pickup. The customer is responsible for courier/shipping costs.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the item is inspected. If the product is damaged or defective, you will receive a full refund and returning the item will not be required. Shipping fees are non-refundable in all other cases.
4. Damaged Items
If you receive a broken or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photos. You will receive a full refund or replacement at no cost, and item return will not be necessary.
