1. Delivery Terms
Orders are delivered throughout Georgia via courier service. Standard delivery time is 2-4 business days after order confirmation. Deliveries within Tbilisi and major cities are usually faster.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees depend on the delivery location and the weight of the package. The exact cost will be displayed during checkout. Occasionally, we may offer free delivery during special promotions.
3. Order Processing & Cancellation
Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. You may cancel an order within 6 hours of placing it or before payment confirmation. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
4. Delivery Instructions
The courier will contact you before delivery using the phone number you provided. Please ensure you are available on the delivery day. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the customer’s absence, an additional delivery fee may apply for re-delivery.
